Getz Healthcare Thailand is proud to support the inaugural workshop, which featured over 25 real patients and was organized by the Neurological Institute of Thailand. The event, titled “Certified Course of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation: The 5-Day Immersive Training Course on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS),” spanned five days and was offered in both online and onsite formats. Full-day online sessions were scheduled for Monday, June 17, 2024, and June 24, 2024, with theoretical sessions in the morning and practical onsite sessions in the afternoon. The workshop will continue every Monday on July 1, 8, and 15, 2024.

More than 150 participants from across Thailand have registered for the online sessions, and 20 have registered for the onsite sessions. Those attending onsite will gain hands-on experience using TMS with more than 25 real patients and follow-up cases. The workshop is led by the esteemed Professor Areerat Suputtitada, MD, who specializes in Neuro-rehabilitation, Pain, Botulinum toxin, and Aging Exercises from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She is a graduate of Harvard University. This workshop has significantly lowered the barriers for new users and created growth opportunities for the TMS business in Thailand.
