Her career is distinguished by a robust track record in driving growth and innovation through strategic leadership across sales, people management, and business transformation. She has successfully led system and operations restructuring for IPOs and acquisitions, as well as implemented effective change management strategies to enhance organizational performance.

With extensive experience across Southeast Asia, Amy has worked with leading principal companies such as Siemens Healthineers and top distribution partners. She has played a pivotal role in shaping Go-to-Market strategies, elevating local distributors to IPO-level systems, and achieving exceptional sales results across the APAC region, particularly with Beckman Coulter.

Born in Thailand, Amy holds a Master of Applied Science from Western Sydney University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Rangsit University, Thailand.
